These responsibilities are based in the Middle Office of the SLB business unit and include, among other things:

• process optimization
• Developing and implementing new processes
• Contributing to day-to-day operations
• Responsibility, as the point of contact between various units, for ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Legal and litigation-related cases handled with care and to a very high standard in close collaboration with other departments
• Contribute to the ongoing optimization, automation, and testing of the underlying processes

We are looking for someone with:

• Preferably, experience in securities lending and/or securities settlement
• Ideally, training or experience with an analytical component and strong problem-solving skills
• the ability to continuously and flexibly reassess and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and demanding business environment
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English, very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), and ideally knowledge of the Avaliq core banking system
