Specialist: Monitoring Delegate, 80% | Fund Management | Zurich | Experienced

Tasks

• Qualitative monitoring of outsourced functions and key contractual relationships
• Instruction and supervision of delegated asset managers and other delegated relationships, as well as commissioning the responsible legal department to make contractual adjustments
• Support with internal and external audits and with inquiries from the Financial Market Authority in connection with the supervision of asset managers, execution, IT, and other outsourcing relationships

Requirements

• Completed university or technical college degree with a focus on business administration or law
• Several years of experience in auditing, compliance, regulatory auditing, or supervisory activities in a large fund management company
• Extensive knowledge of the (internal and external) activities performed by a fund management company
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Independent, structured, and precise working style
• Enjoy working in a team and supporting colleagues
• Excellent German language skills (spoken and written)
• Further training in compliance, to become a Swiss certified public accountant or comparable qualifications are a strong plus.
