Payment transaction specialist

Your role

As a payment transaction specialist, you will support our team in a wide range of activities and have the opportunity to develop your skills in various areas.

Your tasks

• Clarification of payment transactions with internal departments and domestic and foreign banks
• Processing of incoming and outgoing payments from our international clientele
• Processing of check collections as well as credit cards and Maestro cards
• Advising internal departments and our customer advisors in Switzerland and at all our international locations in the area of payment transactions, checks and cards
• Willingness for occasional assignments on public holidays (1 to 2 x per year) in rotation with other team colleagues
• Deputy assignments at the Basel cash desk, alternating with other team colleagues

Your profile

• Completed commercial training (or similar)
• Sound industry knowledge in the area of payment transactions
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
• Speditieve and structured way of working as well as high customer orientation
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team and with various stakeholders
• Quick comprehension and ability to recognize connections
• High sense of quality and responsibility as well as great willingness to learn and motivation
• Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
