Payment Transactions Specialist
St.Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a Payment Transactions Specialist (70–100%) to ensure the highest quality and most reliable payment transactions and to analyze and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have completed a banking apprenticeship or commercial training, with experience in payment transactions, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
Tasks
You analyze situations, research the background, and find solutions to payment processing issues to ensure high-quality and reliable payment processing.Requirements
You have the following qualities:- Completed banking apprenticeship or business training with experience in payment processing
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- An independent, meticulous, and high-quality approach to work
- Fluency in German and a good command of English
- Commitment and teamwork

- Completion of further training is an advantage
