Subject Matter Expert "Identity and Access Management"

Tasks

The Security Operations & Engineering unit is looking for a specialist manager for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) department. The main task of the IAM department is to provide, further develop, and operate a central identity and access management infrastructure in coordination with the relevant stakeholders and in compliance with internal guidelines. Your contribution:

• Technical management of the IAM department with four employees: responsibility for operations (24/7 on-call service) and the further development of the IAM infrastructure, services, and processes, as well as organizational and technical planning for the department.
• Technical responsibility (or deputization) for the operation and further development of individual IAM services and technical components;
• Advising and supporting application, process, project, and security managers regarding the connection/integration of applications, services, and processes to the central IAM infrastructure.

Requirements

Your knowledge and experience:

• University or technical college degree (bachelor's, master's) in computer science with at least 10 years of solid professional experience in the design, implementation, and operation of IAM solutions, preferably with OpenText and Ping Identity products;
• Experience in technical leadership, strong analytical and conceptual skills, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and service orientation;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, databases (Oracle and Microsoft SQL), CI/CD, and LDAP;
• Good scripting and programming skills, preferably in Bash, Powershell, XML, SQL, and Java, for customizing the tools and interfaces used;
• Good verbal and written German and English skills, French an advantage.
