Cash Logistics Specialist
The Swiss National Bank is looking for a specialist in cash logistics who will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the delivery, picking, and transport of banknotes, coins, and gold. The position offers a responsible role in a collegial environment with opportunities for advancement.
Job description
Tasks
- Organization of goods delivery, picking, and provision
- Performing quality and counting checks
- Ensuring correct stock levels and carrying out inventories
- Planning and coordinating assignments and supporting transport organization
- Contact person for logistical questions and collaboration on projects
- Contributing to the cash sector and working closely with other units
Requirements
- Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ, ideally with further training as a logistics expert
- Driver's license category C and forklift license available; several years of logistics experience including resource planning; knowledge of transport logistics/dispatching an advantage
- Reliable, discreet, resilient, eager to learn, and with an affinity for agile working methods and self-organized working styles
- Experience with SAP (preferably SAP EWM) and MS Office
- Confident communication in German, knowledge of French desirable
