The facility management team uses a clear function for the oversight, coordination, and monitoring of physical resources and services to ensure the operational and administrative stability of the facilities. Approval of suppliers and vendors, licensing, verification of compliance of services from internal and external providers, and in general, all information necessary for the maintenance of activities in offices and services.Tasks
The function includes:- Approval of suppliers and vendors
- licensing
- Verification of compliance with services provided by internal and external providers
- Coordination with the Bank's Services Directorate on risk prevention, emergency management, maintenance, security, and regulatory compliance in the facilities where the Bank is present
Requirements
- University education
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- High organizational skills
- High ability to communicate with internal customers and external suppliers
- High level of leadership and control skills for contract management
- High level of proactivity, initiative, and ability to find solutions to difficult situations
- High autonomy
- Experience in similar positions is highly valued.
