Facility Manager Technique

The Facility Manager Technique is responsible for the supervision and coordination of maintenance activities and technical operations management at the Bank's headquarters. The candidate should have experience in technical management in the tertiary sector and have strong communication and problem solving skills.

Job description: Facility Manager Technique

Tasks:

  • Supervision and coordination of maintenance activities at our headquarters on Place Saint-François
  • Technical asset management (CVC, electricity, plumbing, etc.)
  • Planning and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance measures
  • Budget management and optimization of operating costs
  • Collaboration with external service providers and internal teams to ensure system performance
  • Ensuring compliance with the bank's safety and quality standards
  • Participation in on-call duty in the team
  • Technical support for the managers of real estate and infrastructure projects
  • Definition and implementation of corrective measures based on technical expertise of the systems
  • Analysis of energy consumption to identify malfunctions and suggest improvement measures
  • Technological monitoring

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering (CFC, facility management, maintenance or similar field, at least CFC with significant experience)
  • Confirmed experience in technical management in the tertiary sector (a plus)
  • Competence in project management and coordination
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus
  • Good command of computer tools
