Facility Manager Technique

The Facility Manager Technique is responsible for the supervision and coordination of maintenance work on multiple sites as well as the management of technical facilities. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, experience in the maintenance and facility management industry and strong problem solving skills.

Job description: Facility Manager Technique

Tasks

  • Monitoring and coordination of maintenance work at several locations
  • Management of technical installations (CVC, electricity, plumbing, etc.)
  • Planning and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance work
  • Management of budgets and optimization of operating costs
  • Collaboration with external service providers and internal teams to ensure the performance of systems
  • Ensuring compliance with the bank's safety and quality standards
  • Participation in the on-call service
  • Technical support for real estate and infrastructure project managers
  • Definition and implementation of corrective measures following technical expertise of systems
  • Analysis of energy consumption to identify malfunctions and suggest improvement measures
  • Technological monitoring

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, facility management or a similar field (at least CFC)
  • Confirmed experience in technical administration, multi-site management and the tertiary sector (a plus)
  • Project management and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of computer tools
