**Family Office Employee (m/f/d)**
The Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft Group is looking for someone to manage and support demanding family office mandates, particularly in setting up and managing mandates, reporting, and communicating with clients and external service providers. The position requires experience in the family office environment, private banking, or tax services, as well as strong analytical and organizational skills.
Your responsibilities:
- You will support our client representatives in managing demanding family office mandates, in particular by:
- Assistance in setting up and managing family office mandates
- Support with quotations, opening mandates, and KYC processes
- Establishment and further development of reporting structures in cooperation with external accountants
- Supplementing or supplying reporting content that is not fed directly into accounting
- Preparation, review, and quality assurance of monthly and quarterly asset reports for clients and mandates
- Obtaining and evaluating offers from external service providers for our client families
- Collaboration on mandate-specific special projects and internal projects
- Support with cross-functional tasks (e.g., data protection), maintenance of client files and the CRM system
What we expect from you:
- Initial professional experience, ideally in a family office environment, private banking, or tax services
- Completed commercial or tax training, preferably supplemented by a relevant degree
- Basic knowledge of financial services, controlling, and reporting. You are familiar with capital market business.
- Structured, value-oriented, and independent way of working, as well as a high degree of commitment, diligence, and resilience
