Job description

Tasks

  • Developing innovative solutions to anchor and attract assets from Asian family office clients and global families looking to establish a Single Family Office (SFO) in Singapore
  • Supporting relationship managers, clients and prospects in the development of solutions
  • Integration of customer engagement and marketing for the SFO offering, including regional roadshows to promote the offering
  • Proposing innovative and customized solutions and connecting customers with first-class service providers
  • Support FOSA mandates as a link between relationship managers/clients and the bank's global product and solution capabilities
  • Regular dialog with various front-line representatives to stay abreast of customer needs and requirements
  • Collaborate with the UHNW Center of Excellence and other functions to ensure products and services offered remain relevant and competitive

Key features and responsibilities

Stakeholder management

  • Contribution to strengthening team spirit and promoting a collaborative working environment
  • Engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of expert services to clients
  • Coordination of projects with multiple stakeholders

Customer management (internal and external)

  • Regular consultation with front-line representatives to keep abreast of customer needs and requirements
  • Supporting relationship managers at important client meetings
  • Customer complaint solution
  • Support in the development and partnership process for innovative solutions to attract and anchor assets

Regulation and risk management

  • Adherence to all legal, regulatory and compliance standards/requirements
  • Observance of all relevant local user manuals
  • Carrying out relevant internal control audits and reporting

Requirements

Professional and technical

  • Successful implementation of cross-border structures
  • Broadbase of financial knowledge related to tax and estate planning, financial planning, accounting, banking and investments
  • Experience in structuring pre-IPO trusts and structures to maintain operating companies
  • High level of Mandarin language skills an advantage
  • Ability to deal with ambiguities
  • Representing the interests of the Bank and its shareholders
