FCC, Compliance Control Officer

Job description

The position of FCC, Compliance Control Officer supports senior management in complying with external and internal regulations in order to actively manage operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.

Tasks

The main tasks include:

• Supporting the Regional Head FCC in complying with local regulations and internal guidelines
• Supporting the Regional Head FCC in addressing regulatory issues, trends, and emerging risks
• Supporting the Regional Head FCC in implementing the Head Office 2LoD monitoring program
• Development and implementation of compliance 2LoD controls, particularly in the area of combating financial crime
• Participation in compliance strategy roadmap projects and coordination of the completion of head office initiatives

Requirements

The requirements for the position include:

• A strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and good judgment
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A bachelor's degree with more than 3 years of experience in compliance testing/quality assurance or auditing, preferably in the field of financial crime prevention
• Good knowledge of the regulatory environment and risk management
