About the job

The FCC Compliance Control Officer position supports the Regional Head FCC in complying with local regulations and internal guidelines, as well as in managing regulatory issues and combating risks.

Tasks

The main tasks include:

• Supporting the Regional Head FCC in complying with local regulations and internal guidelines
• Supporting the Regional Head FCC in managing regulatory issues and combating risks
• Design, development, and implementation of compliance 2LoD controls, particularly in the area of combating financial crime
• Participation in compliance strategy roadmap projects and coordination of the completion of head office initiatives
• Development, quality assurance, and testing of frameworks, including annual test plans, risk assessments, and testing methodologies

Requirements

The requirements for candidates include:

• A strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and good judgment
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A bachelor's degree with more than 3 years of experience in compliance testing/quality assurance or auditing, preferably in the field of financial crime prevention
• Good knowledge of the regulatory environment and risk management, including the ability to identify and link compliance risks
