About the job

The position of FCC, Compliance Control Officer involves supporting the Regional Head FCC in complying with local regulations and internal guidelines, as well as monitoring regulatory trends and combating risks.

Tasks

The main tasks include:

• Supporting the Regional Head FCC in complying with local regulations and internal guidelines
• Support in monitoring regulatory trends and combating risks
• Design, development, and implementation of compliance 2L.oD controls
• Participation in compliance strategy roadmap projects and coordination of head office initiatives
• Development of QA and test frameworks
• Preparation and review of reports
• Support with the validation and tracking of findings closures
• Conducting investigations and coordinating escalations

Requirements

The requirements for candidates include:

• A strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and good judgment
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and analytical
• Dynamic personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• A bachelor's degree with more than 3 years of experience in compliance testing/quality assurance or auditing, preferably in the area of financial crime compliance
• Good knowledge of the regulatory environment and risk management
• Experience in dealing with regulatory authorities and auditors
