Fiduciary Specialist
Julius Baer is looking for a Fiduciary Specialist who will be responsible for assisting clients in opening and managing fiduciary mandates as well as client acquisition and development. The ideal candidate will have experience in the fiduciary business and good knowledge of the Italian tax and regulatory environment.
Job description
Tasks
- Italian fiduciary front office and lawyer
- Relationship with clients for the opening and maintenance of fiduciary mandates and fiduciary management of all types of assets
- Customer acquisition, networking and commercial development
- Reporting and presentation to clients, asset managers, external brokers, tax advisors
- Fiduciary AML, duties and processes Knowledge
- Proactive support for digital transformation to increase added value for customers
- Supporting and representing the team in all matters in accordance with existing or acquired expertise
Requirements
- University degree in finance, economics or business administration
- At least 5 years of experience in fiduciary client management as part of the front office of an Italian fiduciary company
- Experience in Italian client tax reporting (international knowledge is a plus)
- Good knowledge of the Italian fiduciary regulatory and tax environment
- Accurate and independent working style, as well as precise and expeditious working (teamwork)
