Requirements
- Strong academic background and achievements.
- At least one year of experience at a leading investment bank, boutique firm, leveraged finance firm, or Big Four accounting firm is preferred. Previous experience in the financial services sector is highly valued but is not a strict requirement.
- Excellent financial knowledge and an understanding of financial reports.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to develop your own ideas and work independently.
- Proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as the ability to reprioritize tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency (both written and spoken) in English and Spanish is required.
- Knowledge of other languages, such as French, Portuguese, or Italian, is appreciated.
