• Strong academic background and achievements.
• At least one year of experience at a leading investment bank, boutique firm, leveraged finance firm, or Big Four accounting firm is preferred. Previous experience in the FIG sector is highly valued but not strictly required.
• Excellent financial knowledge and understanding of financial reports.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to develop your own ideas and work independently.
• Proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as the ability to reprioritize tasks.
• Able to work under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency (both written and spoken) in English and Spanish is required.
• Knowledge of other languages, such as French, Portuguese, or Italian, is appreciated.
