FIG Analyst, Credit Solutions (Dublin, Ireland)

Job description

Tasks

• Manage and assist in the initiation and execution of M&A, credit and structured finance transactions in the FIG space, such as whole loan sales, cash or synthetic securitizations, equity or asset transactions;
• Carrying out financial analyses and data analytics;
• Monitor and assist in the preparation of data and marketing materials to support a transaction process;
• Preparation and presentation of customer presentations in a clear and convincing manner;
• Support and coordination of due diligence processes;
• Acting as a mentor and role model for junior analysts and interns.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an investment bank, boutique or accounting firm;
• Preference will be given to candidates with FIG experience (banking / credit / special financing);
• Excellent financial knowledge (accounting and business valuation) and understanding of financial reports;
• Excellent financial modeling skills;
• Experience in analyst model reviews, assessments and training, mentoring and pitch presentations;
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute own ideas and work autonomously;
• Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Strong multitasking and time management skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and in a context of changing priorities;
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written);
• Attention to detail;
• Strong academic background and results;
• Familiarity with the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook;
• Familiarity (both written and oral) with English is required.
