FIG Analyst - Structuring of loan portfolios and financing with asset-backed securities (Mexico City)Tasks
- Support in the execution of active mandates:
- Preparation of marketing materials
- Collecting information to create reliable data tapes
- Analysis of the risk assessment information contained in these tapes
- Valuation analysis of portfolios
- Performing sensitivity analyses on portfolio data
- Management of complex databases (with SQL or other database software)
- Management of data rooms for potential investors
- Marketing initiatives:
- Market analyses of various FIG industry verticals
- Preparation of market, strategic and industry peer analyses in the FIG industry
- Detailed analysis of financial data from banks and financial institutions
- Screening of potential FIG targets/buyers
- Preparation of detailed valuations
Requirements
- Previous experience in financial institutions is highly valued and required
- Excellent financial knowledge and understanding of financial reporting for financial institutions and local/international capital markets
- High ability to obtain market information across all available platforms
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute own ideas and work autonomously
- Proficiency in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Canva and database management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and in a context of changing priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
- Attention to detail and ability to create precise and independent documents
- 100% language proficiency (both written and oral) in English and Spanish
- Excellent business presence in terms of formal business attire
- Flexibility for one day per week to work from home, subject to existing workload
