Tasks

• Management and Organization of Store Operations
• Ensuring the ongoing professional development of the branch's employees
• Comprehensive consulting and sales of our services to individual clients and local businesses in the areas of “Service,” “Investments,” “Financing,” and “Retirement Planning,” with input from specialists as needed
• Exemplifying GLKB’s service-oriented mindset and, as a result, demonstrating a genuine understanding of customers through excellent customer service and very high customer satisfaction
• Establishing and maintaining high market penetration and strong customer relationships through sales, active acquisition, and customer service in customer-focused activities
• Conducting store-specific sales activities

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training, with additional training as a financial planner or advisor, or equivalent training in the field of finance (e.g., HFBF)
• Knowledge of business and economic contexts and several years of experience in the financing and investment sector
• Excellent German language skills (native-level proficiency); knowledge of any additional languages is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and strong communication skills, particularly in empathetic conversation
