Tasks

• Management and Organization of Store Operations
• Ensuring the branch's continued development
• Comprehensive consulting and sales of our banking products, drawing on specialized expertise from local businesses in the areas of “Servicoire,” “Investments,” “Finance,” and “Retirement Planning” as needed
• To exemplify GKB’s hospitality and service-oriented mindset, thereby ensuring high-quality customer service and a very high level of customer satisfaction
• Building and maintaining strong market appeal; actively acquiring and servicing customers as part of sales and customer retention initiatives
• Conducting store-specific sales activities

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship with additional training as a financial planner and advisor in the areas of financing and investments (e.g., HFBF)
• Knowledge of business and economic contexts and several years of experience in the financing and investment sector
• Excellent German language skills (Level C1) are a plus
• Strong analytical skills and strong communication skills, particularly in conducting empathetic conversations
