Branch Manager 80% -100% | Sales and Customer Service | Zurich-Altstetten/Dietikon/Schieren | Experienced professionals with personnel responsibility

Tasks

• Holistic and entrepreneurial management of the Dietikon, Schieren and Zurich-Altstetten branches with two teams and 15 employees in the "Wealthy Private Clients" segment
• Positioning and representing the branches internally and externally, anchoring the Zürcher Kantonalbank brand in the local market
• Development and management of resources, processes and tools in line with the market area and the Group
• Further development of employees based on performance and development
• Promotion of a strong team culture as well as cross-departmental cooperation and market orientation
• Actively driving customer development and leading the branch into the future with new digital sales opportunities

Requirements

• Several years of banking and sales experience paired with management and support experience
• Further education (university, FH, HF) and targeted further training
• Strong affinity for sales topics and implementation of structured sales management
• Sound analytical, planning and organizational skills
• Excellence and passion in customer service, stakeholder management and the necessary tact and thoughtfulness to discuss with various contacts at eye level
