Filtering and payment officer - head of department
Tasks
- manage a team of 7 people,
- Ensure the smooth running of operational processing related to economic sanctions and interbank flows (SWIFT, SIC, ESIC, SECOM).
- Manage, supervise, and improve the configuration of systems under your responsibility (GTX, FicoSoft).
- analyze and report on measures and indicators for steering the team's activities,
- participate in business and cross-functional projects,
- monitor regulatory and technological developments and anticipate change.
Requirements
- higher education,
- experience in a similar role with proven team management skills,
- sense of initiative, keen interest in compliance and organizational rigor,
- Proficiency with office tools and filtering software configuration
- compliance with rules and procedures,
- Perfect command of French and English.
