Finance and Controlling Consultant in Banking, Workload: 80–100%, Location: Bern, Gurtengasse 6

Tasks

As a member of our Risk & Controlling team, you will help manage the finances of the Clientis Group’s legally independent regional banks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for the timely preparation of periodic reports, key performance indicators, and commentary
• Preparation of high-quality, in-depth management reports, including support for management in evaluating strategic options
• Preparation of calculations for capital planning, including stress scenarios
• Development of reporting systems and their adaptation to evolving management needs and new technological capabilities

Requirements

You bring the following:

• A college degree in finance (from a university or university of applied sciences) or equivalent, with extensive banking experience
• Ability to analyze complex requirements in a structured manner and translate them into practical solutions
• Extensive knowledge of the Finova banking system
• Interest in conceptual work as well as in the practical implementation of regulatory and internal requirements
• An independent, responsible, and ethical work ethic, as well as a team-oriented approach and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Fluency in German; proficiency in French and English is a plus
