Financial Accountant, Full-Time (f/m/d)

Tasks

As a Financial Accountant, you play a key role in managing accounting activities for domestic and international units, directly contributing to the integrity and efficiency of our financial operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Compliance with Local Regulations
• Ensuring Compliance with Internal Control Systems (ICS)
• Participation in the implementation of internal and external accounting standards (including IFRS)
• Conducting analytical tests of balance sheet and income statement items
• Preparation of consolidated (IFRS) and local statutory financial statements
• Collaboration with Group Tax, Management Accounting, IT, and Payroll
• Support for corporate activities such as establishing business units, acquisitions, and liquidations
• Implementation of process improvements and support for SAP-related initiatives (R/3, S/4HANA)
• Providing technical accounting support and troubleshooting within international teams
• Participation in system and process tests for accounting applications

Your profile

We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• Swiss Certified Public Accountant or a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of IFRS
• Experience with SAP R/3 or S/4HANA is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
