- Change management: supporting organizational change by communicating and socializing changes to stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs in the banking industry
- Strong experience in financial accounting principles and banking operations, especially regarding the integration of financial accounting systems with upstream applications such as trading platforms, core banking or risk management tools
- Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g. structured or OTC products, corporate actions) and their procedural interactions with Operations, Markets
- Familiarity with other financial business areas such as management accounting and regulatory reporting
- Solid understanding of financial products and services (e.g. structured or OTC products, exchange-traded derivatives) and their procedural interactions with Operations, Markets and Finance
- SAP S/4 HANA-related certificates are a plus
