Financial Analysis Associate (FP&A) – Asset Management: ALANTRA
Alantra is seeking a Financial Analysis Associate (FP&A) for its Asset Management team in Madrid, who will be responsible for preparing management reports, analyzing performance indicators, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in a similar role and possesses strong numerical and analytical skills.
Tasks
- Preparation and support of management reports (monthly and quarterly) across the entire asset management platform
- Analysis of performance drivers: revenue, growth in assets under management, costs, profitability by strategy
- Conducting in-depth analyses to understand the underlying business and product economics
- Support in developing dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and automation
- Close collaboration with the finance and fund operations teams to align activities, performance, and financial results
- Supporting the CFO with strategic and decision-making materials
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Transaction Services / Audit (Big 4)
- FP&A / Analytical Roles
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to break down complex data and identify key drivers
- Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Clear and structured communication skills
