Tasks

- Building and maintaining management reports (monthly and quarterly) across the asset management platform - Analyzing performance drivers: revenue, AuM trends, costs, and profitability by strategy - Conducting in-depth analyses to understand the underlying business and product economics - Assisting in the development of dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility and automation - Working closely with the finance and fund operations teams to align activities, performance, and financial results - Supporting the CFO with strategic and decision-making materials

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in:
- Transaction Services / Audit (Big 4)
- FP&A / Analytical Roles
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Ability to break down complex data and identify key factors
Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Clear and structured communication skills
