Role Summary

At ING, you are responsible for structural controlling, the monthly close, and strategic planning.
Experience in complex, global matrix environments; experience in banking, travel services, or multinational organizations is preferred.
Extensive expertise in structuring reports, monthly closings, planning, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis and commentary.
A strong focus on control, with the ability to verify financial transactions, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure accurate results.
Advanced Excel and PowerPivot skills; experience with Jaggerion, Synchronous, Oura EPM, Power BI, or their DAM is a plus.
Strong project management, diligence, and proactive follow-through throughout monthly and annual closings, financial statement preparation, year-end closing, ERP conversion, and process improvements.
