Tasks

  • Provides financial analysis and accounting support to a specific division or product, including P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, etc.
  • Support with the development of financial forecast models to support Senior Management in decision making, business steering and the execution of the Group's long-term strategy.
  • Ensures business units' financial analysis and accounting activities are in accordance with government-mandated standards and project results meet quality, schedule and cost requirements.
  • Monitors firm's performance and provide evidences to support schedule changes, sales incentive, cost adjustments or resource changes.
  • Participates in strategic projects to improve revenue/cost management and internal/external reporting.
  • Enhances regional segment profitability, support in the area of financial results presentations and reporting.
  • Analyzing financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendation.
  • Preparing financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Implementing best practices for revenue recognition and financial control.

Requirements

  • Financial Acumen: Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis and ideally with experience with 2 to 3 years in strategic consulting or strategic controlling.
  • Mathematical background with some experience with capital liquidity requirements and/or Treasury/Trading analytics in financial institution would be an advantage.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Business Partnering: Ability to collaborate with different departments and influence decision-making.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools (SQL, Python, etc).
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication of financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop innovative financial solutions.
  • Leadership & Adaptability: Capability to lead financial initiatives in a dynamic business environment.
