Job description
- The Financial Crime Compliance Officer, QA and Testing is part of the Compliance Department and supports senior management in ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory obligations, including, but not limited to, Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and surveillance monitoring alerts.

Tasks
- Assist the Head of Compliance in Singapore in ensuring compliance with local regulations and adherence to internal policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure that the Head of QA and Testing is responsible for managing reporting and oversight, as well as supervising resources.
- Support the Head of QA and Testing in advancing the QA and Testing monitoring programs in accordance with established goals and defined management objectives.
- Focus on the monitoring workload by involving stakeholders in their respective areas and at their locations across the entire team.

- Monitoring and ensuring that compliance requirements are fully met at the current customer level.
- Support for relationship-specific activities and collaboration on the development of comprehensive client documentation.
- Overseeing QA and testing monitoring activities to assess and mitigate compliance risks in monitoring activities, as well as to track new products and services introduced by the company.
- Supporting compliance with BSA/AML procedures and best practices in the area of anti-money laundering.
- Establishment and evaluation of processes, systems, policies, and procedures for implementing a compliance regime.
- Monitoring day-to-day operations by keeping the various areas of the office up to date.
- Supporting day-to-day operations by reviewing office operations and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Support the QA and Testing Department in ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
