Your Responsibilities

• A college degree or equivalent education, ideally in business or law; alternative career paths with relevant professional experience
• At least three years of experience working at the business or legal services level within a multi-country platform, such as the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) or the Deutsche Bundesbank
• A thorough understanding of regulatory requirements in the European Union and banking supervision
• Excellent communication skills in German and English; knowledge of other foreign languages, particularly French, Italian, and Czech, is a plus
• A high degree of personal responsibility, independence, and a team-oriented mindset, even in challenging situations

• Experience working with regulatory reports and reporting tools
• Thorough knowledge of MAS requirements and the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA)
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
