Glarner Kantonalbank is looking for a Financing Advisor (m/f) for its brokerage business, who will advise customers in the financing business and build up their own customer portfolio. The position offers a lot of responsibility, good development opportunities and a flexible work schedule.
Job description: Financing consultant (m/f) brokerage business
Your tasks:
- Supporting your own client portfolio with a focus on real estate loans, which you will continuously expand
- Independent preparation and assessment of loan applications for the financing of single and multi-family homes and condominiums on the part of mortgage brokers
- Recording and analysis of balance sheets for real estate companies
- Acquisition of new customers and continuous development of a network
- If interested, selective assumption of tasks in projects
Your profile:
- Completed banking apprenticeship
- Further training in finance is an advantage
- Experience in the financing business
- Experience in the investment and pension business is ideal
- Preference for an intensive exchange with customers and intermediaries
- Efficient, independent and autonomous way of working
