Tasks

• Independently serving customers, including all cash handling and ATM management, as well as on-call shifts
• Independently managing one's own portfolio of private clients with a focus on finance
• Comprehensive advice on investments, retirement planning, and estate planning, with support from subject-matter experts
• Sales of GLKB products and services (e.g., Glärner Set, asset management mandates)
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and providing ongoing customer support
• Continuous expansion of market penetration (e.g., new customer and new funds acquisition management)
• Timely and accurate processing of applications, as well as completion of reporting and transition management
• Technical support for investment advisory services on financing-related topics (e.g., succession agreement)

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Knowledge of business and economic concepts
• Business experience in this field is a plus
• Multilingual proficiency in German (as a native language); knowledge of any additional languages is a plus
