Tasks

• Independently managing customer service at the teller window in the morning, including the branch’s entire cash management framework. Overseeing the entire cash-out process and the procedures for cash deposits and withdrawals, including coins.
• Ensuring the cash reconciliation, including the closing of the cash register.
• Comprehensive consulting on purchase and sale financing, retirement planning, and estate planning with expert advisors.
• Announce the sale of GLKB products and services, as well as brokerage management.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and providing proactive customer service.
• Further expansion of market penetration in the Linthal region.
• Scheduling appointments, ensuring that applications are prepared correctly, and verifying that loan documents are complete.
• Technical support and investment advice on financing-related matters (e.g., Troika meetings).

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Knowledge of business and economic concepts
• Several years of experience in the financing industry is a plus
• Excellent German language skills (native-level proficiency); knowledge of any additional languages is a plus
