Senior Financial Advisor (m/f) – Glarus Branch
Glarner Kantonalbank is seeking an experienced financial advisor (m/f) for its Glarus branch, to start in spring 2027, to provide independent client support and comprehensive advice in the areas of finance, retirement planning, and real estate. The ideal candidate has completed a commercial banking apprenticeship, has several years of professional experience, and possesses strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
Your tasks
- Independent management of one's own, equity-based financing portfolio
- Comprehensive advice on investments, retirement planning, taxes, and estate planning, with support from subject-matter experts
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and consistent customer service
- Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and actively seeking new business
- Active engagement with developments in the real estate market
Your profile
- Commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training, supplemented by additional training to become a banking specialist
- Several years of professional experience in the finance and investment industry
- Sales and Negotiation Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, counseling qualifications, and professional expertise
