Glarner Kantonalbank is seeking a Senior Financial Advisor (m/f) for its Glarus branch, to start in spring 2027. The position involves independently managing and providing comprehensive advice to private and business clients in the areas of investments, retirement planning, and taxes.
Your tasks
- Independent management of your own personal or business investment account
- Comprehensive consulting on investment planning, retirement planning, taxes, estate planning, and support from subject-matter experts
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and consistent customer service
- Maintaining and expanding the existing customer base
- Growing Debate Over Developments in the Banking Market
Your profile
- A commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training, supplemented by advanced training as a financial advisor, banking specialist, or in wealth management
- Several years of professional experience in the finance and consulting industry
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and consistent customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills, resilience, flexibility, and a strong understanding of finance
