Your tasks

• Management of your own customer portfolio with a focus on real estate loans, which you are constantly expanding
• Independent preparation and assessment of credit issues for the financing of single and multi-family homes and condominiums on the part of mortgage brokers
• Recording and analysis of balance sheets for real estate companies
• Acquisition of new customers and continuous development of a network
• If interested, selective assumption of tasks in projects

Your profile

• Completed banking apprenticeship
• Further training in finance is an advantage
• Experience in the financing business
• Experience in the investment and pension business is ideal
• Preference for an intensive exchange with customers and intermediaries
• Efficient, independent and autonomous way of working
