- Support for your own client portfolio with a focus on real estate financing, which you will continuously expand
- Independent preparation and assessment of loan applications for the financing of single and multi-family homes and condominiums by mortgage brokers
- Recording and analyzing balance sheets for real estate transactions
- Acquisition of new customers and continuous development of a network
- If interested, selective assumption of tasks in projects
Your profile
- Completed banking apprenticeship
- Further training in finance is an advantage
- Experience in the financing business
- Experience in the investment and pension business is ideal
- Preference for an intensive exchange with customers and intermediaries
- Efficient, independent and autonomous way of working
