Finance Advisor (m/f)

Tasks

- Real estate financing (single-family homes, condominiums) - Preparing, evaluating, and finalizing financing requests on behalf of clients (property appraisals, creditworthiness analysis, etc.) - Ensuring high customer satisfaction through high-quality and consistent support - Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of applications as well as the resolution of pending issues (e.g., credit and control requirements, overdraft management, etc.) within the shared portfolio - Credit monitoring tasks (payment due dates, interest and principal arrears, etc.) - Selective participation in projects

Requirements

- Commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training - Good knowledge of mortgage/credit business as well as retail and pension business - Very good communication skills, good empathy and understanding of issues and people; competent manner and flair for sales - Strong customer and service orientation, independent and autonomous working style
