Finance Advisor (m/f)

Tasks

- Real estate financing (single-family homes, condominiums) - Preparation, assessment, and completion of financing applications on behalf of clients (real estate valuation, credit analysis, etc.) - Ensuring high customer satisfaction through high-quality and consistent support - Ensuring the timely and flawless preparation of applications and completion of pending tasks (e.g., credit and control templates, overdraft management, etc.) within the joint portfolio - Credit monitoring tasks (payment dates, outstanding interest and amortization, etc.) - Selective participation in projects

Requirements

- Commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training - Good knowledge of mortgage/credit business as well as retail and pension business - Very good communication skills, good empathy and understanding of issues and people; competent manner and flair for sales - Strong customer and service orientation, independent and autonomous working style
