Finance Advisor (m/f)

Tasks

- Real estate financing (single-family homes, condominiums) - Preparing, evaluating, and finalizing financing applications on behalf of clients (property appraisals, credit analysis, etc.) - Ensuring high customer satisfaction through high-quality and consistent support - Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of applications and the resolution of pending issues (e.g., credit and control processes, overdraft management, etc.) within the shared portfolio - Credit monitoring tasks (payment deadlines, interest and principal arrears, etc.) - Selective participation in projects

Requirements

- Commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training - Strong knowledge of mortgage and lending operations, as well as retail and retirement planning - Excellent communication skills, strong empathy, and a deep understanding of both the business and people; presents a professional demeanor and demonstrates a drive to sell - Strong customer and service orientation; ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
