Raiffeisenbank Region Zürichsee is looking for a financing expert (m/f/d) to advise private customers on financing issues and develop individual financing proposals. The new employee will be responsible for the sustainable development of the mortgage lending business and support the team in various branches.
Job description
Financing expert (m/f/d) 80-100%Tasks
- Advising our private clients on all financing issues
- Preparation of individual financing proposals
- Preparation and assessment of financing requests incl. preparation of leasing offer letters for the Credit Office
- Support for our consultants and advisors with complex technical issues
- Independent acquisition of new business
- Implementation of internal training courses to ensure the transfer of knowledge
Requirements
- Completed banking training or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the credit or financing business, ideally in a front-oriented function
- Sound knowledge in the assessment of financing applications
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Beherse to welcome our customers in all branches
