Financing Specialist (m/f) Customer Service 80 - 100 %

Your tasks

• Independent preparation and assessment of credit issues based on specifications from intermediaries (MFH / EFH / Stweg) and the agreed service level agreements (specifications from partner companies) within specified time frames
• Independent preparation of control processes, extensions within specified time frames
• Preparation of balance sheets for real estate sales
• Credit processing (e.g. building loan approval) in accordance with instructions from the customer advisor
• General support for the team leader and the client advisors, in particular in answering telephone enquiries from agents / clients and preparing individual and flawless correspondence

Your profile

• Commercial banking apprenticeship or basic commercial training with further training in banking/financing and subsequent professional experience in the financing business
• Good knowledge of the service business (payments and savings) as well as the investment and pension business is an advantage
• Good communication skills and a good flair for conducting conversations
• Knowledge of foreign languages (French / Italian / English) is an advantage
• High customer and service orientation, enjoyment of teamwork, good comprehension skills and willingness to learn new things
• Structured, meticulous way of working with the ability to plan work and react flexibly as required
