Your new job
- Customer service and support for existing clients, new customers, and prospective customers
- Preparation and revision of financial plans, pension, asset, and estate planning
- Administration and management of mandates
- Coordination and organization of presentations and information events
- Processing of technical literature and participation in advanced training courses and seminars on controlling and workshops
- Coordination of the secretariat and administrative tasks
Your tasks
- Ongoing maintenance of financial plans and accompanying support for our clients
- Independent, autonomous, and digital work with individual creative freedom
- Very good Excel and MS Office skills are required.
- Enjoyment of client support, communication, and handling administrative tasks
