Tasks

• Conducting initial meetings: Holistic and customer-oriented 360° needs analysis for identification and sustainable customer relationships
• Development of needs-based solutions that take into account the individual needs and goals, wishes and circumstances of customers
• Competent and holistic financial planning, taking into account the bank's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements
• Collaboration and planning of target group-specific marketing measures, in particular campaigns, meetings, presentations, analyses and representative appearances

Requirements

• Banking training with advanced training and qualification as a financial planner with a federal certificate
• Completed commercial training in the finance and planning sector
• Motivation to successfully develop the financial and pension planning department into the future together with the team
• Ability to work in a team and entrepreneurial thinking with a strong customer focus, change management skills, communication and restructuring skills and a confident demeanor
