Corporate Customer Advisor: Direct Bank 80% - 100% | Direct Bank / Service Center, Sales and Customer Service | Zurich | Experienced

Tasks

• Providing telephone and personal advice for corporate clients (corporate and real estate financing, money transactions, investments, pensions) as well as for private concerns of entrepreneurs (real estate financing, investments, pensions)
• Reviewing, applying for and approving financing (including mortgages, leasing and loans) and monitoring credit exposures
• Active needs and potential assessment as well as structured identification and exploitation of potential with the help of our digital consulting platform

Requirements

• Banking apprenticeship or equivalent training with relevant banking experience
• Higher further education or in training for this purpose (HF specialist certificate, Bachelor's degree or comparable degree in business administration / banking and finance)
• Several years of experience in financing and investment business
• Enthusiastic about ideas and challenges from corporate clients
• Communicative personality with experience in advising customers over the phone and in face-to-face meetings
• Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
