Tasks
- You keep our company customers' backs free and inspire them with our service
- Your work makes a valuable contribution to the customer experience
- Determining and documenting transactions in connection with business accounting
- Creating and checking customer profiles (KYC)
- You provide competent information on various processes to internal bank colleagues
- With your IT-savvy nature, you will work on optimizing the processing of our customer questions in order to offer entrepreneurs an even better service in the future
Requirements
- Banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
- Advanced completed training (HF or FH) or in training for this
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in finance
- You have an enthusiasm for customer contact by phone and for SME customers
- Experience in compliance and/or anti-money laundering is a plus
- You are independent, solution-oriented and a team player
- High customer orientation and a very communicative manner characterize you
