We are looking for a corporate account manager (m/f/d) for the "Top 5000" segment in German-speaking Switzerland to look after existing customers and acquire new ones. The position offers a challenge in customer care and acquisition with opportunities for development.

Tasks

  • Supporting and advising an existing, attractive and extremely demanding corporate client portfolio with development prospects
  • Activation of your existing relationship network or active acquisition of corporate clients in the described segment in the regions of Northwestern Switzerland, Eastern Switzerland or Bern/Espace
  • Supporting corporate clients outside the Zurich economic area, recognizing their needs and successfully exploiting their potential in the areas of financing, investments, cash management and other banking services
  • Establish a comprehensive network of relationships through communicative nature and competent appearance and consistently expand the customer relationship at C-level
  • Cross-divisional work to implement holistic customer development while utilizing cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

  • Many years of experience in corporate client business (focus on the top 5,000 segment)
  • Advanced training (specialist certificate, HF, Bachelor's, Master's or comparable degree)
  • Several years of experience in the independent management of a commercial customer book
  • Broad knowledge of commercial business (assessment of the creditworthiness of companies, in-depth understanding of the customer's value creation potential)
  • Good knowledge of all other banking transactions (basic services, investments, pensions, cash management, etc.)
  • Winning personality and comfortable interacting at C-level - Willingness to travel within German-speaking Switzerland
  • Fluent German and good English skills
