What you can expect

• You support SMEs throughout the entire phase from financing to succession planning and focus on sustainable corporate client relationships.
• In our region, you are the first point of contact for succession planning.
• You will enjoy advising and supporting our regional corporate customers actively, competently and in line with their needs.
• You understand the different business models of corporate clients and find suitable solutions.
• The time slots are short, the deadlines are flexible. You are resilient, have good time management skills, are reliable and correct.
• You will support the acquisition and marketing process to win new corporate customers.

What you bring with you

• You have a banking and/or business management qualification, ideally with professional experience in the area of succession planning, in financial and/or legal advice for SMEs (incl. SIF; occupational pension schemes; SMEs; IPR; tax consultancy).
• You have sound specialist knowledge and several years of experience in the area of basic services, such as financing and mortgage financing, as well as in supporting SMEs.
• Ideally, you already have some experience in supporting succession planning and have completed appropriate further training on the subject.
• You are a recognized expert in the field of succession or have a keen interest in it.
• Teamwork is very important to you; you are an independent and performance-oriented worker.
